    That's a misunderstanding. I wrongly accused him of scamming. He didn't scam my e-mail address he we just had some confusion. I just never logged back on to my msn address too read his email until now.

    Sorry, but in that case, it's been too long. I cannot find the report that got him banned or even a dispute; without either, I cannot review the circumstances of his ban and verify the information.

    He would have had to sort out this dispute sooner.
