Professionalism on this website

Is at a very, very low level. Mods shouldn't be spamming and denying the dispute of someone else spamming. I've been lurking for a few days now not doing anything but lurking. I've noticed a lot of things on this website, in the archives and even from the staff that shouldn't be tolerated. Now, I don't know what kind of staff system is being ran here but someone needs to do something about it.
