Atr you joking? remove this ban NOW

here is the story, I was having a trade with Touch Deals for a 1600 points card. we talked on msn and settled on a price of 25 bux paypal. I told him that when he sent me the code I would sign off to check it. that was fine with him. he went first and sent the code.I went on xbox.com and it said that the code was already used. when I signed back on to ask for a working code we wasn't online. THE CODE WAS REDEEMED When I got it. he should be banned and not me. don't even say that I don't have enough proof because how did he have enough proof to ban me for this. remove this ban asap. add my msn to talk to me about any of this.

When do you people learn that unless YOU provide proof then YOU will not get unbanned. This isn't a case about what he did, that can be dealt with later. However, YOU are failing to provide proof and evidence for your own story, and for this reason I am denying this appeal.
