Any guide to getting rid of facial fat ?

you sound pretty skinny already, but there is no way to spot reduce fat

if you want to lose fat from your face you must lower your overall bodyfat percentage

this can be done with good diet coupled with exercise

yes eat healthier/lower your caloric intake

everyones body works differently so you will have to experiment a bit

but with a change in diet and incorporation of a regular exercise routine you should see some slight changes

 

Meh , I can try eating healthier and lose weight since its easy for me of thyroid ism.

a lot of my friends, have "facial fat" and there face jiggles.

they too arent actually that "fat" and I dont think its that big of a deal

but its on how you want your appearance.

Since you're not overweight, there's really nothing you can do. The face doesn't store much fat, so it's the last place you'll notice any change if you try to diet. Maybe your self-perception is inaccurate; or, that may just be your natural face shape. The only thing that's going to change it is age.

 

Same thing Sin said, it may be in your genes to have facial fat even though you're not even fat.

hes like overweight dad.
