rs member pin question

anyone know how the 3 minutes expire pin works? I means dose those pin cost the account negative credit in future? Only looking for professtional answer, please don't post here if you "think" the answer.

From my knowledge, 3 minute pins are Australian PBP (pay-by-phone) pins. These are ILLEGALLY obtained pins and do pose a risk to your account, however all blackmarket pins pose a risk of some sort.
How the pins work is basically you buy from a seller (hopefully trusted) and they will apply the pin for you. The reason why they apply is that the pin only last 3 minutes after obtaining the pin before they expire. The pin should add membership from approximately 1 month plus-minus a few days.

 

They use pin-lines, I'm sure Jagex is aware of this. Basically, they call an australian number then connect to the pin number, they get the pin fast and they apply it for you since they don't want the pin to go bad.

Most pins have a chance to have been obtained illegally, but the "3 minute" pins are pretty much have a 99.9% chance to have been obtained illegally. They use "********s" which are illegal to get them, and pins gotten through these lines must be used right away. Use them at your own risk.
