ist it only me but this is kinda odd i think....

oeky since like 2009 i have tried 3 times each month to buy pins each time same shity thing incorect payment window even if i buy whit my phone trough sms so a month ago i got kinda pissd and mailed the jagex bling support and said that i have bought like 22 pins and none of them are working and proved (whit bills ) that i hade bought them and guess what now i can just email them and say account(s) name and they add a pin but the thing is i think they dont even count how many pins i got left so have any one else hade this problem excpt me?

Sounds like a lie, no offence.

 

It only says incorrect payment window when you've not selected the correct country.

If you scroll to the top and select your country then that PINs would work.

But the bought by phone and it should of been automatically his country then.

 

I've had the problem, even with the country selected, I messaged jagex aswell, they told me to include the pin number and the username I want the membership to be credited to in my reply, I did, and they credit'd my account, my payment window was just bugging for awhile. Back to normal now.

I really doubt this happened. Or maybe you kept entering the wrong code. I've never had this problem before.
