Spoiler: Terms of Service

1. Service must be paid before our workers can unless discussed otherwise with managers
2. Customer must supply account with membership and resources for training
3. Customer will not log into the account or change information while a service is being done unless specific arranges have been made with a manager. If you log in without permission, the customer will incur a 25% penalty of the total cost of service and Amp's Services will not be held accountable for any refraction on the account.
   
4. When you request our services, please remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account.
   
5. If our team cannot complete your order, we will be refund you for what is left to be completed based on our prices.
   
6. Amp's Services is not responsible for any infractions you receive on your accounts during and after the service. Our team will gladly communicate with the customers and provide any screenshots during the service for updates and/or proof of work.
   
7. No refunds are issued in a case of bans or removal of items (loss of capes).
   
8. When a service is complete, it is the responsibility of the customer to change their password & check their account security has not been tampered with. After 6 hours of job completion, Amp's Services will not be responsible for any problems.
   
9. We are not responsible for the loss of any Ironman statuses.
   
10. We may update these terms at any time and it is your responsibility to have read the latest version of them.
    
11. Customer will not message our workers for service outside what was discussed in the ticket. If you do, we will terminate the current service you have purchased without refund.
    
12. Customers are subject to 20% penalty (of the order paid) on orders that are cancelled prematurely without the fault of Amp's Services
