[Guide] To Getting Stolen Steams Back 100% Working

Since my key was stolen by jsavy I am going to let out a small method out to get back stolen steams for anyone who get's jacked.

This has worked twice already due to the fact Steams are constantly stolen.

Of course if you have the original email and the CD Key this process is useless, if not then there are some small steps you need to know and I will walk you through them.
