For my pures at your level, i get to fleshies in mems and just collect the cash 100-200k an hr
If your staying F2P leave 40 range, stay 40 attack, get 80 strength.

 

Trust me, and do NOT bot, jagex detects people get banned, don't take the risk. You can get high level stats without botting anyways ;] Just gotta be a good at runescape.

Here's what i'd do and im currently doing it.
Get 63 range and mage. You will still be the same combat level.
Get 60 Strength, after you get strength, get 70 range 82 mage, after that you'll be around level 50 or less. Then get 80 strength, and 80 range. Don't touch mage it's the last thing you'll level up. Get 99 Range, and then get 50 attack. Don't worry about getting 50 attack, because i did this with a combat canculater when you get a certain ammount of range and str, and mage. You can have 10 attack levels extra without raising your cb, so it's the same thing either way, now you will have 50 attack 80 strength 99 range 82 mage. Get 99 strength. And bam your done. You can get 99 mage if you want too, you'll also be under level 80 with those stats depending on how much hp you have.
