    Hey.

    What? Trade with caution (TWC)

    Why? I bought 3 steam accounts from someone and my account got limited on PayPal so the funds got held. But now it has been cleared but I can't seem to be able to contact the agreeved seller.

    When? Around 5 - 6 months ago.

    I think i've redeemed myself reasonably. I've made over 6 trades successfully after the incident and personaly think it should be swiped.
