Trading Steam account + Cash

I'm looking to trade my 29 game steam account that has some games banned and my other steam account that has counterstrike source and half life 2 etc
plus some cash for the same games as my 29 game steam account.

29 games steam acc all the games that are in the browser "INSTALLED" and "NOT INSTALLED" are vac banned all the games in favourites are not banned
