is there a guide to get an account back?

ok so i bought an runescape account roughly about 2 years ago. from a well trusted member off a gaming forum (cant remember the name of it). the account has stil got recovs set, which i know all the answers to them, but i do not know any previous passwords or mem pins. i bought the account wen i lived at my old house, since then i moved house and also have a new telephone number. i have never used this number to get pins as i cannot play on the account.

is there any suggestions or guides to help me with what to do with the information i have?

just go to recov a lost password, wait for it to get back and set new recovery questions

 

no i dont want to sell it.

i know how to recover it to set new recovs/password but it is saying the recoveries are not enough information to be able to set a new password :S wtf is the point in recovs then?

does anyone know how to help me with this lol?
