Still shouldn't use Wills name, and if I remember correctly R2P still owes money, so yeah :/

Eh. He did explain, in one of his now-deleted posts, that,

there is no mastermind scam going on, we were going to wait until bh re-opened before we refunded orders, but obviously that didn't happen. I spoke to Will briefly a few days ago, but I didn't bring up the issue in the other thread, which I will do next time I speak to him.

I will see if he can send me the money that people paid him before we got a chance to transfer so I would be able to begin refunding it, or if somebody knows a way to transfer gp, I can give u the gp u paid for.

Looks like Finn already banned him though, so I'm guessing he'll be banned until the pending orders are resolved.
