    I am only accepting a payby cash method because i bought a pin and they refunded it and now my account is in negative membership and only way to get it out is to pay through payby cash

    What do you mean PayByCash? Because you are not allowed to sell CC pins for security. I would buy it if you accept SMS (2nd acc)

    I think he is banned from using SMS because he may have used pins that are obtained illegaly.

    naah not illegally i bought a pin from someone and they refunded it so pretty much i got scammed
