    Still sometimes IP banned!
    I am IP banned, then I'm not, then I am then I'm not....
    you get the picture
    It cant be me as Ive not done anything wrong and its only banned sometimes

    Can an admin change this, so I'm not IP banned?

    Still sometimes IP banned!
    If it's only happening sometimes, it's probably not an IP ban. It's just the site, and it's usually back up within a few minutes.
