Paypal and Chargebacks

I was just wondering about paypal chargebacks.

If I sold someone a service "ie, runescape leveling"

How long does someone have to file a complaint.

Or rather, how long do I have to wait before I can be 110% sure that they cannot recover their money?

 

You have to wait sixty days before chargebacks and refunds are no longer possible.

 

what happens if they charge back?

Yeah pretty much, charge backs suck ass cause thats how people scam. But i think it only works if the person uses a credit card.

 

i lost $200 from charge backs

 

Just becarefull when your doing PayPal trades, use it with people you trust.
And always ask for Claim & Cancel, there is smaller risk for the person to chargeback it.

 

But thats not all. The second a dispute is filed, the money is on 'hold' and you have no access to it for a month or so/til the dispute is closed. a bit annoying really.
