    How to quit Smoking.

    Welcome to BlackAce's How to quit Smoking Guide!.

    Ill give you some steps to quit smoking and become a healty person!

    Step1.

    The little steps.

    Let's say you smoke Shag.

    The first little step would be for you to stop smoking Shag and Smoke cigarettes like ''Marlboro Light''.

    Why this step? Shag is heavier for the Lungs than cigarettes.

    Step 2.

    The little harder steps

    Take the last hoist from the cigarettes and throw your cigarettes away.

    Step 3.

    The first hour's without cigarettes.

    The first hour's are hard.
    But do not give up you are stronger than the nicotine u need.

    Step 4.

    The first day without cigarettes.

    After the first day you might think ''BlackAce Fuck You ''

    But don't give up if you wan't really hard a cigarette don't you get something to eat. I promise u if you didn't smoked a day ull start to taste everything better and smell everything better.

    Step 5.
    The first week without cigarettes.

    The first week will be easier than the first day.

    You have almost quitted smoking.
    If you wan't to quit for real don't go outside.
    Your friends might give you a cigarrete and you might think '' It's only one ''
    Remember the most of u started like that '' It's only one ''.

    Step 6.

    Almost quitted.

    You have passed a month without smoking and you might think ah i can stop!
    Well guess what you already reached it almost! The only thing you now need to do is prevent smoking , if your friend's say ''Have a Cigarrete '' Just learn to say no , otherwise you wasted 1 month without a cigarrete.

    Good guide on helping people trying to stop smoking. This guide is useless for me because I don't smoke cigs, its all about will power- if you know you can quit, you can quit.

    it isnt as easy as some pepole think it is, my girlfriend hasnt quit and she REALLY tried lol.

    When I read this guide, i'm left thinking "wtf".

    All this guide is saying is don't smoke, goodluck quitting, you can do it, lol.

    I do smoke cigs, but not very often although i do attend school and dont feen for cigs in school is what i think is keeping me from not getting addicted. I smoke maybe 2-3 Cigs a day if that. I only do it for the nicotine buzz but i've found a better solution. Chew, its alright just as bad in a different way but makes me feel healthier rather then forcing smoke down my lungs. But to think someone cant quit smoking cigs is a scary sight, i know plenty of people who cant and i dont want to be like them so im going to quit A.S.A.P. my 2-3 a day will be 0 haha.

    Your all going to hate me for saying this but, 0/10.

    Its not will power, after smoking it for so long your body builds a physical and mental dependency on the drug. After going days, or even hours without it you can start to have withdrawal symptoms such as severe migrains, Bipolar moodswings, etc.

    So, I applaud your effort but the way you said it just isnt that easy.
    Many of my family members are smokers, I am not. But folks it is NOT that easy.

    Remember, you may think a nicotine addiction is all psychological, but it also very physical. If you have smoked for quite a while (a year +) I would suggest you use Nicotine Patches or Nicotine Gum as going cold turkey, while being affective, can also be very hard on you because your body believes it needs this nicotine.

    I am going to try this by helping my brother out.
    I never knew that there are some cigarettes are weaker then the other.

    All those garbage sticks does look the same to me...

    thanks for this post i dont personally smoke but my mom does and i let her read this and she is currently trying to quit again following your guide with some products

    I kind of agree with Void, you are basically repeating yourself, make it more detailed etc, what to do when you want to smoke, like chew gun or w/e :)

    i don't get addicted to anything. but you make it seem so easy. i've had friends try to quit cigs and it's not just "stop smoking"

    If you want to quit, you can.
    The thing about people who use bullshit
    methods such as the patches and gum,
    they don't WANT to quit, they just want
    to pretend they quit. The nicotine addiction
    still hangs over them. The only method in
    my opinion that works, is cold turkey. Which is
    not having 'one last cigarette' and not tampering off.
