need help unlocking account

hey everybody, i really need help , i purchased an account today, i was playing on it, etc...when i log out to switch worlds , i try to log in and it said "your account has ben locked please make recovery blah blah," does anybody know a way to unlock your account asap?

It means the guy is hacking it back, because they are waiting to see who is the real owner and they will chose him since he has all the info.

 

you could write a letter saying that you moved... liek changed computers or something like that and all of the other dater was lost because of it... make it soudn real...

 

Has this account ever had membership on it? because if it has you could say some thing like "I want my account unlocked so I can play again as a member on runescape, If I lose this account I will no longer play runescape ever again! I will also tell all my friends how bad of a system you have that it allows others to steal your account so all the effort you put into your account is just a waste of time!" or some thing like that... any ways if you say some thing about how you won't pay for member ship anymore they should unlock they account hopefully...
