Wich of these accounts should i work on and stay with? I need your help!!!

alright so the first photo is a lvl 95 and he has 70 defence so i was thinking maybe he could be a good pker if i got his atk to 80 and his str up? but on the other hand i have this other account in the second picture that i had been working on thats combat is 28 and i want that to be a str pure..... wich account should i work on like wich do u think would be a better use of my time? thanks!
