Infraction Dispute

I have recently recieved an Infraction for Spamming and i dont think it was right. When i originally posted, the thread was in the 'Spam Forum', therefor i am entitled to spam? The thread then got moved the Runescape General, then i got my infraction.

I know its only a Infraction and will expire soon but im one step closer to a Temp Ban and i dont want that. Please sort it out?
