Would anyone be willing to help a newbie with macros?

Hi. Recently I have began playing RuneScape again, however, I have been having cravings to get a maxed out pure for pking and fun purposes. My main account already has 40 defence however, and I don't really want to have to raise a new account to 99 in all the stats again. So, I think I may want to do some attempts at macros. However, I've never used them before, and have no idea where to start or what is safe. If anyone could help me with this, it would be great.

Some things to keep in mind:
I use a Mac computer, so the program would need to work for that. I do have XP emulation, but if possible, I'd prefer not to use it.

I would like to have the program be free. I don't want to have to pay for anything when I may get banned soon after, and for security purposes as well.

If possible, I would like to be able to have an easy to follow guide for it.

The macro must have a good reputation. I don't really know which macro to use yet, but I won't use one if nobody has said anything about or if there is only negative things about it.

If anyone could find me the best, safest macros for Magic, Range, Attack, and Strength that meet these criteria, I would be very thankful.

I also have an additional question: If my account were to get banned for macro use, would I still be able to play runescape on my main account?

Sorry about the wall of text by the way. If anyone has a better alternative method to getting a maxed pure for me, PLEASE TELL.

I would start by download Rsbot. (if it works for Mac, however)

There are TONS of scripts for Rsbot that are very effective. Unfortunately the forums are down right now. When they are back up you will find them quite useful.
