I have a question.

On the mini-map, it shows friends loctations green(if they're close to you), others white and npcs yellow. but why are there sometimes blue dots for people?

 

If someone is wearing the same team cape as you they will show up as blue on your minimap

green dot - friend
red dot - item
yellow dot - npc
white dot - other people
white square - you
blue dot - same team cape
purple dot - same clan chat

 

For people that are wearing the same Team cape as you.
