    Is there any other way other than paypal that can be used? I cant put cc or banka cc on my paypal but I can charge a CC with something I think...

    You are saying that when your account has recoveries... if the account is locked if you have all info you can recover it.

    Yeah, but still. You can still recover it even if I do set recoveries. If the account is incredibly good, or fair enough, I may accept, just depends.
