Post recouvery questions, and im almost sure noone will buy that account from you since you're not trusted and theres always a way to claim your account back trough jagex if you're the real owner.

If i was you i'd buy some mills on it to gain vouches etc etc or do small trades or service, if you aren't here for scamming that would be the best option IMO.
