What three items?

Let's say you live alone in the Midwest United States. A tornado warning is issued for your area. Luckily you have an underground concrete shelter that you have already furnished with food, water, and survival equipment. However, you do have time to grab three "comfort" items to take with you. What do you grab?
Personally, I would take my cell phone, a lengthy book, and my dog.

 

A animal counts as a Item to you? lol.
Anyways I would take my laptop, my unlimited usage wireless broadband, a football(Just to keep my ocupied)

 

Computer, Wireless Router, and a Coffee Maker.

1)Computer: To do something while whatever is going on outside, goes on.

2)Wireless Router: So I could get on Sythe and go "Lulz, Tornado is destroying my house as I type this"

3)Coffee Maker: If I was planning what Food, Water, and Survival Supplies to have beforehand, for me I would not have included Tea in there anywhere.

I hate coffee, but I've used coffee makers to make tea before, so I'd use it.

To anyone says "But idiot you don't have a cup or jug to put it in":

How the hell do you expect me to drink the water I have prepared for such an emergency? Lol. I'd use whatever bottle/cup I put down there to drink the water.

I can't use my phone on the trains that go underground in Australia .

 

There's no way I'd leave my dog in my house in potential danger, when I could take him somewhere there wouldn't be danger. So yes, I would count him as an item. :noworry:

 

But.. but:

A dog would technically live with you because it is a living breathing thing in your house....

So no dog! Lol.

 

No I mean shouldnt your pet just be a primary thing your going to save?

 

Well I would take my dog, but I don't consider him an item so to speak.

I would take my laptop, a long book, and an air mattress (the ones that blow up)

 

Cell phone with charger, some weed (ALOT OF WEED), bucket , and some food equipment. If its world end then i would take the stuff before i know it.

 

tornados last five fucking minutes. You don't need to be entertained or fed during one.

I'd grab the three closest people and run for cover.

 

I would grap three people and then form a line and throw everything in my house in the bunker... I took 3 things, they took the rest. :/

 

take 3 people and put them in the bunker thing. They then need to pay me to get out once tornado is over.

 

phone, laptop, couch/mattress? Idk, tornadoes don't last long so it's not like I'm gonna be stuck in there for a year.

 

Pizza Cutter, Paper Towels, and some salt.

Because I live on the edge.

 

My bed, my computer and a bouncy ball.

 

Ipod, Speakers and a large pile of batteries

 

Generator, CD collection, stereo system.

 

Does bringing your girlfriend counts as one item?


I'd bring all my music, a stereo and a bunch of batteries to be able to run the radio more than 30 mins. And my girlfriend, of course.



EDIT : Changed my mind. Taking my girlfriend, some kleenex and condoms. When you're stuck and can't do anything than eat food what do you do? Sex.
