    I like it, but I really don't know what to say because that is far from what I'd make, so yeah... but it looks really good as is, and I don't think you made any mistakes.

    its pretty nice, the city could maybe be a little less glowing, but i duno if that would take away from the look too much.

    Text: the 'feel' of your piece is hazy, so make the text reflect that. Currently the text is solid and blocky - not fitting in at all with the rest. Also, cyan doesn't fit with anything anywhere in your artwork. Try using a colour grabbed from another part of the stock.

    As for the light circling around the buildings toward the sky: I like it. It just needs a little more emphasis. Make it stand out and have it the 'centre' of your piece (not literally the centre, but the centre of focus). Also the light that is overlaying the sky looks like translucent white, which never looks good. Maybe erase the white around the dots to make them stand out more.

    I really like what you have here. It is an excellent stock with excellent work done to it. I personally like the sky effect in the top left corner.

    Overall - great work.
