n3w age pure

i got banned for ban evasion i was told by werner this is were i make an account to avoid a banned.

i only had 1 account be for n3w age pure but when i quit runescape/sythe i wasnt an member i just like to look for latest bots and stuff* when i came back i forgot that password email was spammed with porn mail so i made new email new account*
also i use to TRY to log on at wakefield high school computer but the ip was perm banned so i sent a letter to a mod i never got an answer as of why. but again that was LONG time ago n3w age pure has been on forums for much longer also* so was i banned for tying to use a PUBLIC school library or is this misunderstanding or did something else happen?
