Buying lvl 90_100 pker

Hi all im looking for a spasific type of an account the type i want is a f2p melee pker.

The account M U S T have:
90 stength or over
L O W defence 45 or lower
43 prayer or higher
decent attack 60+
i dont mind about range/mage but it would be better if you have decent them aswell.
A L S O no recovs or bank pin and you must be the original owner of the account.
