   im new here, im trying 2 post pictures but it wont let me. ive changed the file 2 a correct file name and i THINK the picture is the right size..

   Try uploading your picture to http://tinypic.com and then Copy the code it gives you that has the '[*IMG][*/IMG]' (Without the *) and Paste it in your thread/post. This should work.
