3 in 1 Scammer Report ;)

Hey, I'm here to report 3 scammers, I should have reported them like a month ago, but was too lazy xD, BTW, it was very painful having to screen and upload all of these and make this thread, so I hope this is all worthwhile, for scammer 1 - Gerson is back1, I had a previous thread about him but it was closed as I didn't have enough proof, hopefully now I do and I can ban him along with the other 2 stated below.

Scammer 1: Gerson is back1/Portug33Kingz
Email Address: [email protected](Gerson is back1), it is now [email protected](Portug33Kingz)
Reason: I was buying his range tank here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=507748

We agreed on a zammy set and sara plate for his tank, we decided on something like 50/50 because he couldn't wait for an MM (didn't think it was too suspicious at the time), he also said he would still give me the acc if he died, and that he was responsible for himself dying.

I gave a him zammy set via med crater, unfortunately he died and then says that he won't give the acc until I give him the sara plate as well, which meant I was going first to a LEECHER, I said no and he said he wouldn't give me the acc.

We sorted out the trade in pics 1-6, when he scammed me, he logged off, then the next day(I think it was) we wanted to finish the trade, then he says he doesn't want to sell the acc anymore, so basically he scammed me(pics 7-10).

Proofs: (sorry about blurry pictures 1-6, I saved as .gif, should have left it .bmp, I saved as .gif so I could attach the files but then realised it was easier just to upload, pics 1-6 were the chatlogs because I had closed the msn window and could not find another way to get pics).


Extra info: Please ban: Portug33Kingz as well, he is the same person as Gerson is back1, here's MOD proof of IP check: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=524160 more proof that they are the same person: they were both selling the SAME accs.

Scammer 2: softdogfur
Email Address: [email protected] (LOL)

Reason:
He posted on my thread here on page 5:http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=513585&page=5 saying that he would pay me $50USD via paypal for me to do Shilo Village for him on his lvl3 skiller, he HAD to pay because this SURPASSED my free questing terms and conditions.

I asked him to log on and help me with part of the quest as I couldn't multilog and only had access to 1 computer at the time, he happily agreed to help, after I finish the quest for him, he decides he doesn't want to pay me with $50USD and decides on 10 US SMS pins.

I try and enter the pins, NONE of them work, he then blocks me and logs out, and has not been online since.

Scammer 3: tuneman500
Email Address: None, it was sorted out via PM's.

Reason: He wanted Fremmenik Isles and Lunar Diplomacy quest done, I said I'd do them for a payment, he replied he would give me a pin or a $10 game card, he has yet to do so, and has PMed me saying he isn't going to pay and says that my service was free, I told him he should have READ my free questing terms and conditions.

In one of PM's, he asked if I could do Dream Mentor as well, but I refused as he hadn't paid for the other 2 I had done first.

Sorry for your loss, but only tuneman500 had sufficient proof. However, I will keep my eye the others.

 

EDIT: Apparantly Scammer 1 has been banned already >_>?

Scammer 1 has a temp ban, and Scammer 2 hasn't been active at all ...

Don't I have enough evidence for Scammer 1/2? Scammer 1's email address in in the address bar(it says hotportugee90), and if you have a look at Gerson is back1's thread, the email he gives out in that thread is the same one in the address bar.

For Scammer 2, if you look at his posts, he gives out his email, that email is the same one as the one in the msn convo, surely that's enough evidence that it's him? He even said that I had completed the quest for him.
