Got Scammed $200.00!

ok i was gonna buy 2 accounts from clean trade email is "[email protected]" and i offered $400.00 but i only sent $200.00 on accident to his paypal account "[email protected] " he said he got and on my paypal it said completed i told him i would send another $200.00 and it wouldnt let me limit exceeded i think so i asked him if i could just get 1 of the accounts the 1st or 2nd one he signed out of msn and later he signed back in i told him i want a refund or atleast one account he said i got to go im watching movie talk about this tomorrow then i tried to recover the $200.00 over paypal and i got a conversation of us talking and i have screen shots too.
