Banned for Warez - Really!?

Apologies for making another appeal, I just forgot to put somethings in the other appeal that I'm going to put in this one.

I was banned a little under a week ago for posting a program I made called "Bloodmailer". The thread was removed in under 5 minutes. There were no comments, or downloads on the program, so there's no "Proof" it was even warez to begin with.

I've had a similar experience from Dorito a while back for posting every Runescape world in HTML, and adding to Rar. It got about 4 downloads, and everyone who downloaded it said it was nice. Yet people who didn't download it say "It might have a virus, don't download", so I got banned for a week.

It seems people on Sythe are abusing their powers. I'd assume that there should be some proof before infracting. Anyway, I'm getting off track a little, here's some pictures proving it was just a bunch of bullshit that I got banned.
