Steam account questions !!

1. What do digits do?

2. How do i figure out my digits without cs or css

3. Say i bought a steam account like this (here) would i be able to download Counter strike, even though it already says installed.

1. What do digits do? Digits are simply a way to determine who's account was created first. The lower the digits, the more its worth.

2. How do i figure out my digits without cs or css. Go into the console while in a server, type 'status', and next to your name will be the digits

3. Say i bought a steam account like this (here) would i be able to download Counter strike, even though it already says installed. Yes

 

1)Digit basically shows what time you register the account, the earlier the lower the account is.
2)I think there is a tool that can determine your steam id by your community # but im not sure.
3)if it says installed that means the game is bought and will stay on the account, meaning you can install it on any computer.
