    i will have pictures of account as soon as i can get them. account had 1.75m and i gave him a level 105 account (have conversation saved) to do a firecape. i logged on today and the account is completely cleaned sitting in lumbridge with no fire cape. what pix do i need to provide for this?

    You need to provide the conversation between you both in a IM (No ChatLog/Archives/Text) It needs to be pictures directly from the IM window when you both had spoken...
