Why wouldn't these "scammers" be banned already"?
Since you cannot incriminate someone by posting the chat log there are not enough bans to scammers (ratio). Since most of the transaction that occur only require the use of msn which cannot be used as evidence, a large portion of the scammers are not penalized for their actions. Also even if there can be proof, people just loose hope and don't bother posting because of their large loss. Proof to ban these scammers can be hard to come by. It is not the mods fault, there is nothing much they can do, a list, however, could help the problem.

So what is this going to do?
Now, before buying from anyone, you can now search this list for their screen name and see if anyone had been scammed by them. It allows you to take caution with your purchases.

Additional Info:
-I am not saying anyone on this list is a scammer but they have been "said" to be a scammer, therefore, one should take extra caution when dealing with one of these players if you choose too.
-This can only work if you post the names of people who actually scam, not just someone you are mad at.
-Do not spam or flame, it is useless.
-No one is making you use this list, so if disapprove of it DON'T USE IT OR POST HERE.
