It is possible. I'm not sure if they would do it though, can you post some more proof to show that he wasn't one defence before and is now?

Plus why would you ever lower a stat to 1. Thats stupid, I can make a good 1 defence pure in 2-3 weeks. It can take people months if not years to get 99 in RC, Mining, or agility.
