Setting new recoverys help please?

Right im buying an account but it has recoverys, how i delete them and set my own straight away? I heard there was a way

 

first thing you need to do is go to rs home page and click on account managment then click on recover password out of all the choices you get then say someone has stolen your password type in the old recoveries and account info and it will reset recoveries then type in the new recovery questions that you want i hope i helped
