Need help-weird sounds over my computer

Ive got this problem about 3days ago,ive been searching on how to fix it but couldnt find any.

Problem issue:
Weird sounds playing on my computer i can hear news, advertisements simply just people talking and i didnt even click them they just play random times, before they play i can hear this clicking sound then after that i can hear people talking the couple of minutes i can hear clicking sound would problem close the program because it ends. I really need help with this, it freeze my computer.

Btw, problem started when i got a malware/spyware but it was fixed and i searched for virus/spyware/malware seems no more left,so this could be impossible.

Could it be an advertisement? I know there's one where it says 'Congratulations, you have won a free iPhone' or something, and there are ones with clicking noises.

Also, do you have a voip program up such as Skype or VoipBuster?

 

it doesnt pop-up,while im doing something/work it just play randomly.

Seriously its probally one of those advertisements that play automatically when you visit a site, they dont always have to be pop-ups. Most of the time they are playing from the advertisements on the sides and top of the web page. If its doing while your not on the internet then you have something weird and I would recommened update your spyware and virus protection and do another scan.

 

No, i left my computer for about an hour no stuffs running, but like 3 times i hear people talks.
