    LOL, it means you got the str requirement for while guthix sleeps quest...

    How logn has it been since you leveled, like 3 months?

    no but when u click on the strength skills i cant find the requirement

    Yeah, it only shows up when you click it while it's flashing, like I said, when the heck was the last time you leveled anything, it's been that way for months.

    it have been locked for like 3-4 weeks and i recoverd it yesterday
