Where To Report Rs/Rl Cash Scammers

Okay. I have decided to post this as i am SICK of scammers here on Sythe, and All over the internet. I can verify this method works, i report ALL scammers (Not in-game RuneScape), and they get punished.


How It Works:
Okay, well Obviously, you need some proof. I just show Screenshots, The PayPal payment and include there MSN.


Step 1: Go to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Step 2. Hit "File A Complaint"
Step 3. Read the information if you wish (I suggest) And hit " I accept"
Step 4. Answer the next few questions, relating to your issue.
Step 5. Fill in ALL the information asked for. Remember, don't joke around and fake to of gotten scammed, as they will trace you down, this ISNT a joke!
Step 6. Confirm on the next page

You should hear back from them within 1-2 days.

What Will Happen To The People/S you report:
They get fined. Internet Scamming is a big NO.


REMEMBER, WHATEVER YOU DO ON THE INTERNET CAN BE TRACKED DOWN AT ANY TIME, SO DON'T THINK YOU WILL GET AWAY WITH IT, EVEN WITH A PROXY, YOU WON'T.

Otherwise. Im not sure this would help. Has been said that the goverment wont deal with small amounts of money that are scammed. Most of the people that scam are small amounts not worth reporting.
