and how does he fix it?

I think he got a pay by phone pin and he navigated to the pay by sms page.
Just navigate to the correct page and the pin will work.

 

yeh it is on the pbp page and it still aint working :S

 

and there isn't an sms option for australia.

 

you should go to customer support and explain wwhat the problem is, also try asking a forum mod for help on RS forums

 

i sent a billing message asking if i could get him his members redeemed but havent gotten a reply and i will ask a forum mod.
