he did that to me to... i trained it from

cmb: 38- 41
strength: 47- 55
thieving: 42- 48
hp: 37- 43
range: 16 - 35

i was suppos to get 2 pins... he said he would get me one and he gave me invalid pin then he always had an excuse not to buy them and then i asked if i was going to get them at all... not atm he said then he logged out...
if anyone is interested ive got pic of when i took 55 str and the hole msn conversation....
