Attempt to take Temp Ban off Natur3_Soul

I had a question about my Sythe account "Natur3_Soul"
Why is it temporary banned... It never said I did anything wrong and I didn't really do anything bad. All I did was advise a few people along with helping them. I know the ban is only a week long but I really don't want to wait a week before I can start talking on Sythe again, not only that but this said I couldn't make a new account so I didn't attempt to make a new one. So many I know why I was Temporarly Banned?
