Need Urgent Pc Compatibility Help

Well I am on the verge of buying a new cpu and motherboard and since I am more of a software guy I wanted to ask here before I buy it if this motherboard will a)fit in my case b)will there be any compatibility issues?

My case is a Koolance PC2-601BW Liquid cooling case.

I am using an amd 9800 xt video card, which I think is agp but not 100% sure. Also a soundblaster audigy 2 soundcard, a wireless pci adapter (im sure it will work with the new mobo) also 2 hard drives, and one dvd/cd drive. Here is a detailed report of what I am running.
