Buying good account [PAYPAL | SWAP | RSGP]

I'm not too fussed what it is, as long as it's a good account. I'm looking for something like a pure, obby mauler/ranger/mager/g mauler/hybrid/zerker. Anything really. Erm, i have a 60 cmb ranger pure (40 atk, 42 str, 41 def 65 FISHING, 60 COOKING). A level 90+ (more than two levels higher ) main, nearly 80 strength, about 4-5m including non-tradebales (ie. full zammy book) has about 2m tradeable though. I also have paypal, so if you don't want either of those accounts i can compensate for money.
I'll need in game proof too. Thanks.
