um you realize all the packs,games, ms points,dlc etc will stay on your xbox after you sell this.....they wont go with the account.

 

If you perform a license transfer(if he has not done it this year) then you could transfer the licenses from the DLC to your hardrive

 

No, not true. All of the items on my account are account locked/ bought with that account so they will move where ever the account moves.
