This is a code for Sythe.org staff members to follow.
If the text is in green, this means that area has been updated recently.

General Code: This applies to ALL staff members.

Activity
All staff members are required to stay active. If you are going away, please post so in the stickied "Going Away" thread. Inactive staff members will be demoted. Matthew and Pen will determine when someone has been too inactive through posts, roll calls, and moderator logs. 2 missed roll calls will result in a demotion.

Infractions and Bans
Before giving infractions, please make sure that it is truly warranted. Infractions should not be given out mindlessly. Remember that you have the option to give a warning without giving an infraction. Also, bans are only to be given out when someone breaks a rule warranting a ban. You cannot ban someone simply because you don't like them. On the other hand, you cannot unban someone simply because you like them. Make sure you have read and memorized the rules! Abusing this power will result in an immediate demotion.

Behavior
You represent the best of Sythe.org, so your behavior is very important. Remember that you are not completely above the rules. Yes, Sythe could care less if you double post. However, you had better not be caught being racist, discriminatory, or randomly flaming someone. You had better have a very good reason if you are going to flame someone (i.e. iamaminer). Even then, try to keep it to a minimum, please.

Information
This is the Staff Lounge, and it is private for a reason. Do not leak information. If you are found to be leaking information, you will lose your staff position.

Team Leaders: This applies to team leaders.

Your Section
As a lead moderator, your duty is to manage your section of the forums. You may act as a team leader to your staff. You will notify Administrators of any changes that need be made in your category, and you will post in the Staff Change Requests forum for any changes.

Admin Code: This applies to 3rd tier admins.

The MiddleMan and Infraction System
Do not promote anyone without Matt or Pen's approval. Do not make any changes to the Infraction System without Matt or Pen's approval.

Adding and Deleting Forums
Do not add or remove any forums without the approval of Matthew or Pen.

Changes to the Rules
Do not change the rules without the approval of Matthew or Pen.

Promotions and Demotions
From now on, Team Leaders will suggest promotion candidates in the Staff Change Requests forum. Do not promote or demote any moderators.

Ranks
Members are only allowed to have a maximum of 4 ranks. If someone has more than 4, they have the right to choose which ones are removed. If someone is found to have more than 4, PM them telling them they need to have X removed and ask them which ones they want removed. If they don't reply in 3-4 days, remove whichever ranks seem least significant. (If they PM you complaining, you can always forward their messages to Matthew.) Note: This rule applies to staff as well as normal members.

Notice how Sythe.org staff can get away WITH ANYTHING. Sythe can careless if they double post, or if they flame. Staff have advantages, and it's not fair, everyone should follow the rules, not only regular members.

BY the way, the staff lounge is not so private.

I get the strangest feeling that he's Bootylove.

I've never spoken to him, but he just PM'd me with "J00 is nevR on MSN?", just like Bootylove used to do.

His location is "A Hookah Bar", something that Bootylove loves.

Bootylove's name is Tarik, his name is Salik.

Did I mention Sythe is very racist? My fellow friend, Solid_Tank, was accused of being me because I am arab, I smoke hookah, and some other reasons. I GUARNTEE YOU 2 million + people are like us. Also, the fact that I inlive in california and he lives in Texas mean anything?

Did anyone come forward with evidence.

Oh, and Sigex being 'sued', isn't happening. Sythe has NO evidence, and I've proved that in the quote below. They only have details, there isn't any evidence, so everyone who contributed was for NOTHING!

And them making an MMPORG suddenly changed to them making a pserver, so people that have donated so far, it's gone to nothing!

Last, but not least, sythe staff can scam:

Imagine how much pen, sythe and the rest scammed. This is proof they can get away with scamming!

And as for the box information for Sythe.org, yes, you have been hacked. Do what you want, for those who know what to do.
