    Hey everyone. I just want a price check on this account but feel free to offer for it. The stats are:
    50 Attack, 55 Strength, 1 Defence, 61 Ranged, 31 Prayer, 70 Magic, 52 Hitpoints, and 1 Summoning. The top 3 Non-Combat skills are 70 Cooking, 66 Firemaking, and 63 Woodcut. It's done with Desert Treasure, Animal Magnetism, Horror from the Deep, and others. Has 1.5M cash and and 700k in items, totalling 2.2M. I am currently making steel bars for Smithing and some extra cash. That's pretty much it. Thanks.
