Please Help! 1M Reward

Hey guys,

Long story short I need help ASAP and whoever is willing to assist me I'm more than willing to give away a mil for their time.

Basically I have the password to my account as well as recoveries and all the other information (including the email & I am the original owner). My problem is, is that I can no longer access that email account associated with the runescape account due to it being hacked.

I need to change the password to my runescape account however I cannot do so without access to the email. I am 100% confident I can successfully do a manual recovery, however I cannot seem to get to that form. (Just FYI I also have the password to the account currently. I just need to change it) I tried to recover it and it asks for the email (Which I can successfully provide, just not access)

Are there any ways to go about this? Please help! Thanks

OP - Be cautious about asking for help. Make sure that whoever offers to help you does not require your account details or anything of the sort. I hope you get the problem sorted out

You should have a way of recovering your email where they send a password over phone or answering a question.

 

Contact your email provider and tell them the email was hacked from you and recover it. Then change your registerd email on runescape to another. Goodluck bro.

 

Contact your email provider. I had the exact same problem except it was with XBOX. They resolved my problem after a few days of contacting them.
