    Can someone that can understand arabic help me out with this?

    "I have a document that originated in Saudi Arabia for which I need to find the date of an event, this is not something that can be done online (without incurring additional cost) or through Google translate. Any help is greatly appreciated."

    are you sure they're arabic?

    they could just be muslim and have read the qu'ran - which is written in arabic. Most muslims can read it but not actually understand what its saying because they speak urdu/hindi, which is why they go to the mosque to learn its actual meaning.

    Being able to read something and understand it are different.
